ICS-Light Technologies Limited, entered a Business Management contract with Optilife Healthcare Services Limited in 2022. We have successfully built a strong business plan and schematics which has been in play and as approved by the Client’s BOD:
- Ensuring full compliance with UK regulatory bodies and the Social Healthcare Regulatory Authority (NHS, CQC, Home Office, HMRC, SCW, amongst others).
- Procured 6+ active clients for Optilife Healthcare Services, managing staff assignments, invoicing, HMRC compliance, and seeking new clients.
- Recruited 45+ staff within the UK, some on Client’s sponsorship, and secured a license for international sponsorship to recruit talent globally.
- Managing training and compliance for all staff members, ensuring they meet required certifications and care experience.
